The goal of this presentation is to empower you with key options to the well-known challenge women face in retirement. This workshop is not only for women. In some occasions, men may be in this situation as well. This is not gender driven, but more situation driven. The fact is that most women, tend to take care of everyone, as a consequence, not all, but some of us women become more vulnerable to unexpected economic obstacles as job loss, single parenthood, loss of a spouse, care of elder parents and elder in-laws… this situations impact the income needed in retirement. Additionally, longevity, taxes, medical cost, and other situations women will face take away a large part of the income budgeted for retirement.
